A Yoga practitioner since 2000, she completed her first training in India in 2010 at the School of Ayurveda and Panchakarma, where she deepened her understanding of the traditional foundations of the practice. In 2012, she completed her teacher training with Yoga Alliance UK, under the guidance of Marco Peralta.
Throughout her journey, she has also specialised in Ayurvedic massage, therapeutic massage, manual lymphatic drainage, massage therapy, Reiki and body rebalancing techniques. The combination of these skills led to an integrated therapeutic approach, using Yoga as the central axis and manual therapies as a complement to promote physical, mental and spiritual balance.
Each session is built through attentive observation of the body and an understanding of its needs, promoting an individualised and adaptive response.
The therapeutic process is shared between therapist and practitioner, a collaborative work of awareness, adjustment and progression, respecting each person’s rhythm and encouraging gradual and consistent body awareness.
The term Yoga comes from the Sanskrit yuj, meaning to unite or integrate. This practice seeks to harmonise body, mind and breath through four fundamental components:
asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breath control), meditation and concentration, and ethical principles and personal discipline (yamas and niyamas).
- - Improved posture and mobility
- - Increased strength and flexibility
- - Reduction of stress, anxiety and insomnia
- - Enhanced concentration and mental clarity
- - Strengthening of the immune system
This practice helps strengthen muscles, increases endurance, flexibility and balance. It engages the entire body, strengthens the core and improves mobility and range of motion.
Suspension relieves pressure on the spine and joints, helping reduce pain and improve posture.
Inversions support venous return and lymphatic drainage.

- Improved blood and lymphatic circulation
- Immune system stimulation
- Deep relaxation and well-being

- Relief of chronic and acute pain (back, cervical, lumbar)
- Improved mobility and flexibility
- Muscle recovery
- Reduction of physical and mental stress

- Reduction of swelling (edema)
- Improved lymphatic and venous circulation
- Support in post-surgical or aesthetic recovery
- Relief from heavy legs sensation
